Founder Story.
Extraordinary.

Even as a young person, I had the dream of creating something of my own – something that truly makes a difference.
At 39, I was a successful manager in a large corporation.
A secure career, bright prospects, and a golden cage – complete with pension plan.
But deep down, I felt there had to be more.
I wanted to shape, inspire, and make a real impact on people’s lives.

So I made a bold decision: I left the safe harbor and acquired a mid-sized company to grow it further.
The reactions?
“Why are you giving all of that up?” many asked me.
But I knew: the easy path is rarely the right one.

The journey was anything but easy.
There were setbacks, sleepless nights, and moments of doubt.
But there was also the freedom to explore new opportunities, bring visions to life, and shape a company according to my own ideas.
Within 10 years, the company doubled in size and became three times as profitable.
When I sold it, I had not only achieved financial success – I had also created the freedom to live a life aligned with my own values.

Throughout all those years, one name was a constant companion: Brian Tracy.
His books and seminars inspired me to think bigger, act bolder, and always believe in the power of vision.

That’s the inspiration I want to pass on.
At the end of 2023, I acquired the license for Brian Tracy Solutions and have since been building a European network that supports people in unlocking their full potential.
It’s about more than success – it’s about discovering the best in ourselves and others, and creating results that truly last.
